Lauren Partch

Ever since I was young I have always had a deep appreciation of the arts. It all started when I was cast as the lead in Dear Edwina in 6th grade. When a shy, younger version of myself learned I could step into the shoes of Edwina - a powerful, assertive girl who ran her own business, I was hooked. I went on to study acting and psychology at Illinois State University, and later took classes at Second City, The Acting Studio, and Black Box Acting.

I graduated from THE ACADEMY in 2017 alongside an ensemble that had pushed me past my own limits and encouraged me to dream bigger.
In 2019 I, alongside four badass women, produced an original play called For the Record, consisting of an all-female cast and team. After a successful sold-out first run, I realized that when ambitious women come to unite their skills and talents, we are capable of accomplishing so much more together than we ever could alone.

My mission is to empower more women to share their stories and help them realize they have everything within them needed to create their own destiny. At the core, we all share the same experience - the human experience. I love using my training to relate those stories on stage and through film.
